摘 要:为探究梯度压力袜在站立和跑步运动过程中的压力分布变化,文章根据相关标准设计了4组不同压力范围和梯度的压力袜样本。搭建动态服装压测量系统,测量跑步运动中脚踝最细处、小腿跟腱转折处、小腿周长最大处3个横截面的前、后、内、外共12个测量点的压力变化。与站立状态下的静态压力分布相比,小腿前和脚踝后3处测量点的压力波动较大且超出相关标准所规定的压力范围。进一步以平均动态压力表征跑步运动中的动态压力,采用配对样本T检验分析12个测量点的动静态压力差异,发现小腿前侧脚踝最细处、胫前肌中上端和内侧腓肠肌处的动态压力显著大于静态压力。通过线性回归得到了胫前肌中间及上端、内侧腓肠肌3点处的动态压力、静态压力及各部位对应小腿度之间的拟合方程,对压力袜的压力分布设计具有一定参考意义。In order to explore the pressure distribution changes of gradient pressure socks in the process of standing posture and running,this topic designed four groups of pressure socks samples with different pressure ranges and pressure gradients according to relevant standards.A dynamic clothing pressure measurement system was built to measure the pressure changes at 12 measuring points(P1~P12)in front,back,inside and outside of the three cross-sections:the smallest part of the ankle,the turning point of the Achilles tendon of the calf and the largest circumference of the calf.Compared with the static pressure distribution in the standing position,the pressure in front of the calf(P1,P5)and behind the ankle(P2)fluctuated greatly and exceeded the pressure range prescribed by the relevant standards.Furthermore,the average dynamic pressure was used to represent the dynamic pressure in running.Paired sample T test was used to analyze the difference of dynamic and static pressure between P1 and P12,and it was found that the dynamic pressure at P1,P5,P9 and P11 was significantly greater than the static pressure.Through linear regression,the fitting equations of dynamic pressure and static pressure of the middle and upper tibialis anterior muscle(P5,P9)and medial gastrocnemius muscle(P11)as well as the corresponding crus degree of each part were obtained,which has certain reference significance for the design of static pressure distribution.
