摘  要:为提升婴儿穿戴纸尿裤时的热湿舒适性和安全性,基于目前该领域的研究现状和技术发展,深入分析了着装状态下影响纸尿裤热湿舒适性的各项因素,研究认为:穿着纸尿裤时,纸尿裤与婴儿皮肤之间所形成的微空间是影响其热湿舒适性的关键研究对象;相关影响因素中,除了纸尿裤材料本身的水分管理能力与热湿传递性能外,还涉及到纸尿裤与人体间的交互影响,包括尿湿前纸尿裤款式结构、婴儿体型、照顾者穿戴习惯等因素共同导致的适体性差异,尿湿后纸尿裤材料的力学性能、尿液质量、尿湿位置、婴儿姿势等因素共同引起的微空间形态差异;纸尿裤热湿舒适性受外部环境因素的影响比服装小,但不能忽略。In order to improve the thermal and moisture comfort and safety of infants wearing diapers,based on the current research status and technical development in this field,the factors affecting the thermal and moisture comfort of diapers were deeply analyzed.The results show that when wearing diapers,the micro-space formed between diapers and infants′skin is the key research object that affects their thermal and moisture comfort;in addition to the moisture management ability and heat and moisture transfer performance of the diaper material itself,the relevant influencing factors also involve the interaction between diapers and human body,including the differences in fitness caused by the style and structure of diapers before wetting,the body type of infants,the wearing habits of caregivers and other factors,micro-spatial morphological differences caused by mechanical properties of diaper materials,urine mass,wetting position,baby posture and other factors;The thermal and moisture comfort of diapers is less affected by external environmental factors than clothing,but it cannot be ignored.
