摘 要:将介质阻挡放电(DBD)技术用于降解涂料释放的可挥发性有机物(VOCs),通过气相色谱(GC)分析了不同电压条件下经过DBD处理的涂料TVOC释放量及转化率,分析对比了DBD处理前后涂料的释放产物及其表观性状,在此基础上解析了DBD净化涂料VOCs的基本原理。Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) technology was used to degrade VOCs in coatings. The TVOC release and conversion of coatings treated by DBD under different voltage conditions were analyzed by gas chromatography. The release products and apparent properties of coatings before and after DBD treatment were analyzed and compared. On this basis, the basic principle of purifying VOCs in coatings by DBD was analyzed.
