摘  要:随着海上天然气开采技术和制氢技术的发展,利用天然气或深海风电资源制备氢气,并将海上液化天然气及相关产业链送到能源市场,为海上天然气资源的低碳发展、构建深海能源的互联互通体系提供了可行的思路。为了加深学生对专业传热学和液化天然气利用技术专业课程内容的理解,掌握海上液化天然气产业链以及关键设备知识,设计了海上液化天然气及相关产业链的实验装置,包括换热实验和可视化实验两个部分,并介绍了产业链中生产装备(LNG-FPSO,LNG Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit)和接收装置(LNG-FSRU,LNG Floating Storage and Regasification Unit)各功能模块的工艺流程、设备和特点。该装置具有较好的实验教学预期效果,不仅可以丰富教学内容,还可以提升学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,拓展学生在海上液化天然气及相关产业链方面的知识储备。With the development of offshore natural gas exploitation technology and hydrogen production technology,the hydrogen is produced from natural gas or deep-sea wind power resources and sent to the energy market through offshore liquefied natural gas and related industrial chains,which provides a feasible idea for the low-carbon development of offshore natural gas resources and the construction of deep-sea energy interconnection system.In order to help students to deepen understanding of the professional courses of heat transfer and liquefied natural gas utilization technology,and master the knowledge of offshore liquefied natural gas industry chain and key equipment,the experimental equipment of offshore liquefied natural gas and related industrial chain including heat transfer experiment and visualization experiment have been designed.In addition,the process,equipment and characteristics of the functional modules of the industrial chain including the production equipment(LNG-FPSO,LNG Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit)and receiving device(LNG-FSRU,LNG Floating Storage and Regasification Unit)have been introduced.Through the performance analysis of the experimental device,the device has a very good expected effect of experimental teaching.The comprehensive experiment can not only enrich the teaching content,but also improve students’engineering practice ability and innovation ability,and expand students’knowledge reserve in offshore liquefied natural gas and related industrial chain.
