日美贸易摩擦对中美贸易发展的启示

摘　　要：20世纪50年代至90年代,日美两国的贸易摩擦从纺织品领域开始并逐渐升级,影响扩大至钢铁制品、电视机、汽车、半导体等领域,90年代中期,随着日本经济逐渐走向低迷,日美贸易摩擦得以平息。2008年经济危机后,世界经济陷入低迷,贸易保护主义日渐抬头,各国间贸易摩擦逐步加剧,尤以2018年开始不断升级的中美贸易摩擦最受关注。中美贸易摩擦与日美贸易摩擦之间在产生原因、经济背景等方面存在相似之处,梳理日美贸易摩擦的过程及影响,总结日本处理日美贸易摩擦的经验与教训,比较当前中美贸易摩擦与日美贸易摩擦的相似和不同,以期为中美贸易发展提供参考。From the 1950s to 1990s,the trade friction between Japan and the United States began in the textile field and gradually escalated,and the impact expanded to steel products,TV sets,automobiles,semi-conductors and other fields,in the mid-1990s,as the Japanese economy gradually became depressed,the trade friction between Japan and the United States subsided.After the economic crisis in 2008,the world economy fell into a downturn,the trade protectionism gradually rose,and the trade friction between coun-tries gradually intensified,especially the escalating Sino-US trade friction since 2018,which attracted the most attention.There are similarities between Sino-US trade frictions and Japan-US trade frictions in terms of causes,economic background,etc.This paper combs the process and impact of Japan-US trade fric-tions,summarizes Japan's experience and lessons in dealing with Japan-US trade frictions,and compares the similarities and differences between the current Sino-US trade frictions and Japan-US trade frictions,in order to provide reference for the development of Sino-US trade.
