摘　　要：我国废旧聚乙烯基地膜回收造粒技术目前还处于初级阶段,大多企业都面临着工艺技术不完善、产品质量不合格、环保要求不达标等诸多问题。针对一系列问题,通过调研与工艺探究,总结出适合废旧地膜回收造粒的新型环保生产加工工艺,并探究工艺条件,达到理想效果。At present,the membrane recycling granulation technology of waste polyethylene base in China is still in the primary stage.Most enterprises are facing many problems,such as imperfect process technology,unqualified product quality,unqualified environmental protection requirements and so on.In view of a series of problems,through investigation and process exploration,a new environmental protection production and processing process suitable for waste plastic film recycling and granulation is summarized,the process conditions are explored,achieve the desired effect.
