长白猪MUC13基因多态性及其与生产性状的关联性分析

摘　　要：MUC13基因是控制仔猪ETEC F4ac易感或抗性的主效基因,但在长白猪群体中是否对生产性状有影响鲜有报道。本研究采用Sanger测序技术检测MUC13基因在134头长白猪群体中的多态性,并分析不同基因型对生产性状的影响。结果表明:MUC13基因在长白猪群体中存在GG、AG和AA三种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.731、0.246、0.022;不同基因型对体重、日增重、背膘厚、瘦肉率等性状有显著影响(P<0.05),对眼肌面积性状影响不显著(P>0.05)。其中,GG、AG基因型在体重、日增重性状上显著优于AA基因型(P<0.05),但背膘偏厚、瘦肉率偏低(P<0.05)。据此,通过选留MUC13抗性有利基因,既可提高长白猪群抗腹泻能力,又可提高生长速度。MUC13 is a major gene that controls the susceptibility or resistance to diarrhea caused by ETEC F4ac in piglets, but it is rarely reported whether the gene has an effect on production traits in Landrace pigs. In this experiment, polymorphism of MUC13 gene were detected by Sanger sequencing technology in 134 Landrace pigs,and their effects of different genotypes on production traits were analyzed. The results showed that there were three genotypes of MUC13 gene: GG, AG and AA in Landrace pigs, and the genotype frequencies were 0.731, 0.246 and 0.022, respectively. Different genotypes had significant effects on body weight, daily gain, backfat thickness, lean meat percentage(P<0.05), but had no significant effects on rib-eye area(P>0.05). GG and AG genotypes were significantly better than the AA genotype in body weight and daily gain(P<0.05), but the backfat thickness was thicker and the lean meat percentage was lower(P<0.05). Based on these results, the anti-diarrhea ability of Landrace pig could be improved by selecting and remaining resistant favorable MUC13 gene, and the daily gain could also be increased.
