摘  要:本试验旨在研究热应激条件下添加表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对蛋鸭肠道形态结构和十二指肠IgA的影响。试验选用400日龄健康金定蛋鸭240羽,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20羽。NT组(温度22~26℃),HS组(温度33~37℃),NT组和HS0组饲喂基础日粮,HS300组和HS600组在基础日粮中分别添加EGCG 300 mg/kg和600 mg/kg。试验共计4周。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对热应激蛋鸭的肠道形态结构有所改善,其中十二指肠和空肠结果较好;(2)HS0组十二指肠的黏膜IgA含量极显著降低(P<0.01),HS300组、HS600组可一定程度提高十二指肠的黏膜IgA含量,但与对照组、HS0组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) on intestinal morphology and duodenal IgA in laying ducks under heat stress. A total of 240 healthy 400-day-old Jinding laying ducks were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 20 ducks in each replicate. NT group(22~26 ℃), HS group(33~37 ℃), NT group and HS0 group were fed basal diet, HS300 group and HS600 group were added EGCG 300 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed that:(1) The addition of epigallocatechin gallate in diet improved the intestinal morphology of heat-stressed laying ducks, and the results of duodenum and jejunum were better;(2) HS0 group significantly reduced the IgA content in duodenal mucosa(P<0.01), HS300 group and HS600 group could increase the mucosal IgA content of duodenum to a certain extent, but there was no significant difference compared with the control group and HS0 group(P>0.05).
