摘 要:粉末的铺粉均匀性和激光粒度分布等特性会直接影响激光选区熔化3D打印技术的成形精细程度和效果,是影响激光选区熔化3D打印制品成形质量的基本因素。本研究采用自制铺粉性能检验装置和EOSINT M280激光选区熔化3D打印设备,研究了具有不同球化率、流动性和激光粒度分布钨粉的铺粉均匀性和激光选区熔化3D打印成形效果。研究结果表明,粉末球化率和流动性会直接影响粉末的铺粉均匀性,激光粒度会影响粉末激光熔化效果。其中球化率高、流动性好和激光粒度较细的钨粉激光选区熔化3D打印成形精度更高。研究结果为激光3D打印钨成形技术工作中如何选取粉末提供了依据。The spreading properties and laser particle size distribution of powders directly affect the forming fineness of the samples produced by of laser-selective melting 3D printing technology,which are the basic factors affecting the forming quality of laser-selective melting 3D printing products.In this paper,the spreading properties and laser selective melting 3D printing properties of tungsten powders with different spheroidization rate,flowability and laser particle size distribution were studied by using self-made powder spreading performance testing device and EOSINT M280 laser selective melting 3D printing device.The results show that the spheroidization rate and flowability of powder directly affect the powder spreading properties,and the laser particle size distribution affects the laser melting effect of powder.Thereinto tungsten powder with higher spheroidization rate,better flowability and fine laser particle size has the higher forming accuracy.The results provide a basis for how to select powder in laser 3D printing tungsten forming technology.
