摘　　要：目的促进肺癌免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)的开发与利用。方法计算机检索Web of Science数据库中2015年至2020年的肺癌ICIs相关文献,采用共词分析、聚类分析、多维尺度分析、知识图谱文献计量方法,以及Excel 2016软件、CiteSpace 5.7.R4软件分析肺癌ICIs的研究现状及热点。结果共纳入文献3860篇,年度发文量呈逐年上升趋势。欧美地区研究成果最丰厚,其次是亚洲。高产作者及机构注重合作交流。突现强度较大且持续时间较长的关键词为“clinical activity”“long term safety”。引文量2015年不足5000篇,2020年超过35000篇,增长较快;共被引文献形成12个聚类,其中“mutatinal burden”“risk factor”“PD-L1 expression”聚类被引频次较多,为2015年至2020年的主要研究热点。结论近年ICIs在肺癌领域的研究逐渐增多,应在现有研究成果的基础上进一步挖掘其价值,以促进肺癌ICIs的开发与利用。Objective To promote the development and utilization of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)for lung cancer.Methods The studies related to the ICIs for lung cancer in the Web of Science database from 2015 to 2020 were searched.The co-word analysis,cluster analysis,multidimensional scaling and knowledge map bibliometric method were used to analyze the current situation and hotspot of ICIs for lung cancer by the Excel 2016 software and CiteSpace 5.7.R4 software.Results A total of 3860 studies were included,and the annual quantities of publication were increasing year by year.The Euro-American region had the most fruitful research results,followed by Asia.The highly productive authors and institutions paid attention to cooperation and exchanges.The keywords with the stronger citation bursts and longer duration were"clinical activity"and"long term safety".The quantity of citations was less than 5000 in 2015 and more than 35000 in 2020,with a rapid growth.Twelve clusters had been formed in the co-citation studies,in which the clusters of"mutatinal burden""risk factor"and"PD-L1 expression"were cited more frequently and were the main research hotspots from 2015 to 2020.Conclusion In recent years,the studies of ICIs in the field of lung cancer has gradually increased.We should further explore the value of ICIs for lung cancer on the basis of the existing studies to promote its development and utilization.
