摘  要:目的了解黄芩的药理作用及其药对的研究进展,为进一步研究与开发黄芩提供参考。方法采用计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中2016年1月至2021年9月有关黄芩的药理作用及其药对研究的文献,并进行归纳与总结。结果黄芩的药理活性较广,可通过抑制炎性因子和自由基表达、诱导细胞凋亡、降低Bax蛋白表达水平等机制,起到抗炎、抗氧化、抗结肠癌、抗免疫和保护肾脏的作用。黄芩可与多种药物配伍(如柴胡、黄连、干姜/生姜、大黄等)发挥解热抗炎、保肝利胆、抗癫痫、抗抑郁等作用,主要通过作用于基质金属蛋白酶、血管内皮生长因子、白细胞介素6等靶点,参与炎性因子的调节、减弱氧化应激反应和降低蛋白表达水平等生物学过程和调节代谢通路来实现。结论黄芩药对研究的方向较单一,配伍使用的体内研究及配伍后的物质基础研究仍较少,后续应更多进行黄芩分子和细胞水平的研究,以及配伍药对的体内研究和临床安全性、有效性、经济学评价研究。Objective To understand the research progress on pharmacological action of Scutellariae Radix and its drug pair,and to provide a reference for further research and development of Scutellariae Radix.Methods The studies related to the pharmacological action of Scutellariae Radix and its drug pair in the CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from January 2016 to September 2021 were searched and summarized.Results Scutellariae Radix had a wide range of pharmacological activities,which could play anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-colon cancer,anti-immune and kidney-protecting roles through inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors and free radicals,inducing apoptosis,decreasing the expression level of Bax protein and other mechanisms.Scutellariae Radix could be compatible with a variety of Chinese medicinal materials(such as Bupleuri Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma,Zingiberis Rhizoma/Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and so on)to play antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,hepatoprotective,cholagogic,anti-epilepsy and antidepressant roles and so on,mainly through acting on related targets(matrix metalloproteinase,vascular endothelial growth factor and interleukin-6),participating in the related biological processes(regulating inflammatory factor levels,weakening oxidative stress response and decreasing protein expression level),and regulating metabolic pathways.Conclusion The research direction of Scutellariae Radix drug pair is relatively single,the in vivo research of compatibility and the material basis research after compatibility are still less.In the future,we should conduct more researches on Scutellariae Radix at the molecular and cellular levels,in vivo researches of compatible drugs,resarches on the clinical safety,effectiveness and economic evaluation.
