土地流转与农村家庭商业保险参与  

Land Transfer and Rural Household Commercial Insurance Participation:Empirical Research Based on China Family Panel Studies

摘　　要：推动农村商业保险市场的建立与完善是构建农村多层次保障体系及促进农村经济发展的重要举措。本文基于中国家庭追踪调查2014—2018年的微观调查数据,分析了土地流转与农村家庭商业保险购买行为之间的关系。研究发现土地流转显著增加了农村家庭的商业保险参与行为及参与程度。进一步检验分析发现土地流转对低收入水平、低教育水平和东部地区的农村家庭参与商业保险的促进作用更大。机制检验结果显示土地转出通过改变家庭收入水平提高了农村家庭的商业保险参与,土地转入则通过改变家庭收入水平、债务负担和社会资本提高了农村家庭的商业保险参与。Promoting the establishment and improvement of the rural commercial insurance market is an important measure to build a rural multi-level security system and promote rural economic development.Based on the micro data from the China Family Panel Studies from 2014 to 2018,this paper analyzes the relationship between land transfer and rural household commercial insurance purchase behavior.The study finds that land transfer significantly increases the commercial insurance behavior and participation of rural households.After further testing,it is found that land transfer has a greater role in promoting the participation of rural households with low income level,low education level and in eastern region.The results of the mechanism test show that land rent in can improve the commercial insurance participation of rural households by changing the household income,debt burden and social capital,while land rent out can only improve the commercial insurance participation of rural households by changing the household income.
