摘　　要：为探索地质调查工作支撑服务生态文明建设与自然资源管理的模式与路径,2019-2021年,中国地质调查局组织实施了“海南生态文明试验区综合地质调查工程”。通过采用自然资源综合地质调查、评价、监测以及专题研究和综合研究相结合等方法,取得了一批重要成果和认识(:1)初步形成了地质调查支撑服务海南生态文明建设工作模式和路径(;2)构建了服务典型城市国土空间开发利用与高质量发展的地质调查工作机制;(3)探索建立了不同层级双评价、自然资源空间区划和生态地质调查技术方法体系,创新海岸带“地层-气候-构造”三位一体活动断层探测和鉴定方法;(4)以服务区域国土空间规划、城市高质量规划建设和重大工程地质安全为切入点,支撑海南生态文明试验区国土空间优化开发与协调发展;(5)大力挖掘区域优质土地资源、地下水资源、地热水资源、地质遗迹和地质文化资源,助力脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴,探索出一条生态产品价值实现的地学路径;(6)助力红树林、珊瑚礁和沙滩退化等典型滨海生态资源保护修复,提出基于地质演化和地质过程的生态系统保护与修复科学方案;(7)编制了服务海岸带、重要城市和区域以及重大工程相关系列地质调查报告、图集和对策建议。成果提升了海南生态文明试验区地质调查工作水平,可为区域国土空间规划、新型城镇化建设、脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴、生态产品价值实现、生态保护修复等提供地质科技支撑,为未来地质调查工作向支撑生态文明建设和自然资源管理转型发展提供重要经验模式借鉴。In order to explore modes and paths for geological survey work to support and serve ecological civilization construction and natural resource management,the China Geological Survey(CGS)organized and implemented the Comprehensive Geological Survey project of Hainan Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone from 2019 to 2021.By using the methods of comprehensive geological survey,evaluation and monitoring of natural resources,as well as the combination of thematic research and comprehensive research,a number of important achievements and understandings have been obtained:(1)The working mode and path of geological survey supporting the construction of ecological civilization in Hainan has been preliminarily formed;(2)A geological survey working mechanism to serve the development and utilization of land space and high-quality development of urban key demonstration areas has been established;(3)Dual evaluation method system of different levels and scales,technical method system of natural resource spatial zoning and technical method system of ecological geological survey have been explored,and the"stratigraphy,climate and structure"trinity active fault detection and identification method of coastal zone has been innovated;(4)Starting from regional territorial space planning,high-quality urban planning and construction,and major engineering geological security,the optimized development and coordinated development of territorial space in Hainan Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone has been supported;(5)The Regional high-quality land resources,groundwater resources,geothermal resources,geological relics and traditional cultural resources has been vigorously excavated to help poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and a geological path to realize the value of ecological products has been explored;(6)Contribution to the protection and restoration of typical coastal ecological resources such as mangrove forest,coral reef and beach degradation has been made,and scientific schemes for ecosystem protection and restoration based o
