摘　　要：目的 观察窄普中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏(商品名:喜辽妥)治疗老年寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法 70例老年寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组35例。治疗组给予NB-UVB光疗联合喜辽妥治疗,对照组给予单独NB-UVB治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数(PASI)评分。结果 治疗前,对照组PASI评分为(11.89±1.36)分、治疗组PASI评分为(12.07±1.39)分;治疗后,对照组PASI评分为(5.06±2.21)分、治疗组PASI评分为(3.71±2.09)分。治疗前,两组PASI评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.55,P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组、对照组PASI评分均低于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(t=19.70、15.57,P<0.05);治疗组PASI评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.63,P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率85.7%明显高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.85,P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率0低于对照组的14.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.38,P<0.05)。结论 NB-UVB联合喜辽妥治疗老年寻常型银屑病临床效果好,副作用少。Objective To observe the efficacy of narrowband ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream(trade name:Hirudoid)on psoriasis vulgaris in elderly patients.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with NB-UVB phototherapy combined with Hirudoid,and the control group was treated with NB-UVB treatment alone.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the PASI score of the control group was(11.89±1.36)points,and the PASI score of the treatment group was(12.07±1.39)points;after treatment,the PASI score of the control group was(5.06±2.21)points,and the PASI score of the treatment group was(3.71±2.09)points.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PASI scores between the two groups(t=0.55,P>0.05).After treatment,the PASI score of the treatment group and the control group were lower than that before treatment in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.70,15.57;P<0.05);The PASI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.63,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.7%,which was significantly higher than 60.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.85,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 14.3%in the treatment group was lower than 0 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.38,P<0.05).Conclusion NB-UVB combined with Hirudoid has good clinical effect on psoriasis vulgaris in elderly patients,with less adverse reactions.
