眼底荧光造影检查在糖尿病眼底病变筛查中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析眼底荧光造影检查在糖尿病眼底病变筛查中的应用价值。方法80例(160眼)糖尿病眼底病变患者,均进行眼底镜及眼底荧光造影检查,对比两种检查方式的检出率,观察眼底荧光造影检出眼底病变的糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)分期。结果眼底镜检查结果:160眼中,106眼检出眼底病变,检出率为66.25%;眼底荧光造影检查结果:160眼中,136眼检出眼底病变,检出率为85.00%。眼底荧光造影的眼底病变检出率高于眼底镜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眼底荧光造影检出136眼眼底病变的DR分期:Ⅰ期48眼(35.29%),Ⅱ期30眼(22.06%),Ⅲ期26眼(19.12%),Ⅳ期18眼(13.24%),Ⅴ期7眼(5.15%),Ⅵ期7眼(5.15%)。结论眼底荧光造影对糖尿病眼底病变的检出率高,对疾病的诊断与治疗有着重要的指导作用,值得进行临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the application value of fundus fluorescein angiography in screening of diabetic fundus lesions.Methods 80 patients(160 eyes)with diabetic fundus lesions underwent funduscope and fundus fluorescein angiography,and the detection rates of the two methods were compared,and the staging of diabetic retinopathy(DR)in patients with diabetic fundus lesions detected by fundus fluorescein angiography was observed.Results Fundoscopic examination showed that 106 out of 160 eyes had fundus lesions,with a detection rate of 66.25%;fundus fluorescein angiography showed that 136 out of 160 eyes had fundus lesions,with a detection rate of 85.00%.The detection rate of fundus fluorescein angiography was higher than that of fundoscope,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The DR stages of fundus lesions detected by fundus fluorescein angiography in 136 eyes:48 eyes(35.29%)in stageⅠ,30 eyes(22.06%)in stageⅡ,26 eyes(19.12%)in stageⅢ,18 eyes(13.24%)in stageⅣ,7 eyes(5.15%)in stageⅤ,7 eyes(5.15%)in stageⅥ.Conclusion Fundus fluorescein angiography has a high detection rate for diabetic fundus lesions and has an important guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
