普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗小儿心律失常的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗小儿心律失常的效果。方法 99例小儿心律失常患儿,根据治疗药物不同分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组患儿单独给予普罗帕酮治疗,治疗组患儿则给予普罗帕酮+美托洛尔治疗。比较两组患儿心律失常改善效果以及药物副反应发生情况。结果 24 h动态心电图显示,治疗组患儿房性早搏、室性早搏、短阵房速、短阵室速发生次数分别为(521.33±211.85)、(475.89±256.48)、(1.45±0.36)、(1.38±0.21)次,少于对照组(796.45±243.62)、(688.31±264.77)、(3.32±0.57)、(3.04±0.42)次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组药物副反应发生率8.00%(4/50)低于对照组的24.5%(12/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与单独使用普罗帕酮比较,普罗帕酮+美托洛尔联合治疗小儿心律失常可显著改善患儿心率,并减少药物副反应,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of propafenone combined with metoprolol on children with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 99 children with arrhythmia were divided into control group(49 cases)and treatment group(50 cases)according to different treatment drugs.Children in the control group were treated with propafenone alone,while children in the treatment group were treated with propafenone+metoprolol.The improvement effect of arrhythmia and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The 24-h dynamic electrocardiogram showed that the frequency of atrial premature beat,premature ventricular contractions,burst atrial tachycardia and burst ventricular tachycardia of the treatment group were(521.33±211.85),(475.89±256.48),(1.45±0.36),and(1.38±0.21)times,which were less than(796.45±243.62),(688.31±264.77),(3.32±0.57),and(3.04±0.42)times of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions 8.00%(4/50)in the treatment group was lower than 24.5%(12/49)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with propafenone alone,the combination of propafenone and metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia can significantly improve the heart rate of children,and reduce adverse drug reactions.It is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
