甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果

摘　　要：目的 研究甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为研究组和参照组,每组43例。参照组采用甲钴胺片治疗,研究组采用甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后胫神经和腓总神经运动、感觉神经传导速度及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组患者胫神经和腓总神经运动、感觉神经传导速度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者胫神经和腓总神经运动、感觉神经传导速度均高于治疗前,且研究组高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率97.67%高于参照组的72.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组出现1例(2.33%)恶心症状,研究组无不良反应发生。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有较高安全性,且临床疗效显著,对患者控制病情起到较大的作用,故可推广使用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of mecobalamin combined with epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into research group and reference group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with mecobalamin tablets,and the research group was treated with mecobalamin combined with epalrestat.The motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities of the tibial and common peroneal nerves in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the research group was higher than the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.67%of the research group was higher than 72.09%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 case(2.33%)of nausea occurred in the reference group,and no adverse reactions occurred in the research group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of epalrestat and mecobalamin has high safety and significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which plays a greater role in the control of patients'condition,so it can be promoted.
