中药熏洗结合功能康复锻炼治疗外伤后手僵硬患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析中药熏洗结合功能康复锻炼治疗外伤后手僵硬患者的临床效果。方法 92例外伤后手僵硬患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各46例。对照组予以常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上予以中药熏洗结合功能康复锻炼治疗。比较两组手皮肤感觉功能及治疗前后手功能评分、手总活动度、Barthel指数。结果 治疗前,两组手功能评分、手总活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组手功能评分(80.29±7.50)分高于对照组的(63.87±6.28)分,手总活动度(230.16±28.10)°大于对照组的(214.25±24.37)°,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组手皮肤感觉功能优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组Barthel指数(69.25±6.94)分高于对照组的(54.15±6.38)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药熏洗结合功能康复锻炼治疗外伤后手僵硬患者可促进手功能恢复,提高手皮肤感觉功能,提高日常生活能力。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with functional rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of hand stiffness after trauma.Methods A total of 92 patients with hand stiffness after trauma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with functional rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.The hand skin sensory function,and hand function score,total hand activity and Barthel index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hand function score and total hand activity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hand function score(80.29±7.50)points in the experimental group was higher than(63.87±6.28)points in the control group,and the total hand activity(230.16±28.10)°was higher than(214.25±24.37)°in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hand skin sensory function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index(69.25±6.94)points of the experimental group was higher than(54.15±6.38)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with functional rehabilitation exercise can promote the recovery of hand function in patients with hand stiffness after trauma,improve the hand skin sensation and the activities of daily living.
