摘　　要：目的:探讨对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并不孕患者行促排卵治疗前使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片进行预处理对促排卵效果的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年11月在佛山市三水区人民医院就诊的PCOS合并不孕患者60例作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者30例。行促排卵治疗前,为观察组患者使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片进行预处理,不为对照组患者使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片进行预处理,直接对其进行促排卵治疗。比较两组患者治疗后性激素的水平、排卵率、妊娠率及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血清促卵泡生成激素(FSH)的水平高于对照组患者,其血清促黄体生成激素(LH)、抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_(2))的水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的排卵率和妊娠率均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药期间,两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:在对PCOS合并不孕患者进行促排卵治疗前,使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片进行预处理能显著改善其性激素的水平,提高其排卵率和妊娠率,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of pretreatment with drospirone ethanestradiol before ovulation induction in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:From January 2020 to November 2021,60 PCOS patients with infertility in Foshan Sanshui District People’s Hospital were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Before ovulation induction treatment,patients in the observation group were pretreated with dspironone ethinylestradiol tablets,while patients in the control group were not pretreated with dspironone ethinylestradiol tablets,and ovulation induction treatment was performed directly.The levels of sex hormones,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)level in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the serum luteinizing hormone(LH),antimullerian hormone(AMH),testosterone(T)and estradiol(E_(2))levels in observation group were lower than that in control group,the differences we re statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups during medication.Conclusion:Before ovulation induction therapy for PCOS patients with infertility,pretreatment with drospirone ethanestradiol tablets can significantly improve the level of sex hormones,improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and the safety o f treatment is high.
