摘　　要：难治性2型糖尿病给人们的健康带来了极大的危害。此病患者临床多表现为胰岛功能较差、血糖控制不佳、降糖药的用药种类多且剂量大等。糖尿病病程较长、胰岛功能较差的患者是难治性2型糖尿病的主要发病人群。与普通的2型糖尿病患者相比,难治性2型糖尿病患者的病情往往较重,并发症出现的时间较早且进展较快,治疗效果欠佳。本病是糖尿病治疗中的一大难题。现就难治性2型糖尿病的治疗方法进行综述,以期为临床上治疗此病提供思路。Refractory type 2 diabetes brings great harm to people’s health.The clinical manifestations of patients with this disease are poor islet function,poor blood glucose control,and many kinds of hypoglycemic drugs with large doses.Patients with long course of diabetes and poor islet function are the main patients with refractory type 2 glucose.Compared with common type 2 diabetes patients,patients with refractory type 2 diabetes tend to have m ore severe conditions,earlier onset and faster progression of complications,and less effective treatment.This disease is a difficult problem in the treatment of diabetes.This article reviews the therapeutic methods of refractory type 2 diabetes,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.
