摘  要:目的:研究血清β_(2)微球蛋白联合尿系列蛋白检测在无症状高尿酸血症肾损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年1月至2020年12月期间安陆市普爱医院收治的30例无症状高尿酸血症肾损伤患者和30例未出现肾损伤的高尿酸血症患者作为研究对象。将30例无症状高尿酸血症肾损伤患者作为观察组,将30例未出现肾损伤的高尿酸血症患者作为对照组。对两组患者均进行血清β_(2)微球蛋白检测和尿系列蛋白检测,然后比较其血清β_(2)微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白(MA)、尿免疫球蛋白(Ig)、尿转铁蛋白(TRU)、尿α_(1)-微球蛋白(α_(1)-MG)的水平。观察并比较用尿系列蛋白检测、血清β_(2)微球蛋白联合尿系列蛋白检测诊断观察组患者病情的准确率(以综合检查为金标准)。结果:1)观察组患者血清β_(2)微球蛋白、尿MA、尿Ig、尿TRU、尿α_(1)-MG的水平分别为(2.78±0.28)mg/L、(23.73±6.91)mg/L、(19.14±6.86)g/L、(10.27±4.41)mg/L、(15.74±5.89)mg/L,对照组患者血清β_(2)微球蛋白、尿MA、尿Ig、尿TRU、尿α_(1)-MG的水平分别为(2.13±0.12)mg/L、(16.89±3.49)mg/L、(15.79±5.16)g/L、(7.46±3.06)mg/L、(10.68±3.81)mg/L。观察组患者血清β_(2)微球蛋白、尿MA、尿Ig、尿TRU、尿α_(1)-MG的水平均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)经综合检查证实,用尿系列蛋白检测诊断观察组患者病情的准确率为60.0%(18/30),用血清β_(2)微球蛋白联合尿系列蛋白检测诊断观察组患者病情的准确率为96.7%(29/30)。与采用尿系列蛋白检测相比,用血清β_(2)微球蛋白联合尿系列蛋白检测诊断观察组患者病情的准确率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清β_(2)微球蛋白联合尿系列蛋白检测在无症状高尿酸血症肾损伤诊断中的应用价值较高。Objective:To study the application value of serumβ_(2)microglobulin combined with urinary series protein detection in the diagnosis of asymptomatic hyperuricemia renal injury.Methods:A total of 30 asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients with renal injury and 30 patients with hyperuricemia without renal injury were selected as the study subjects from January 2020 to December 2020 in Puai Hospital of Anlu City.Thirty asymptomatic patients with hyperuricemia renal injury were enrolled as the observation group,and 30 patients with hyperuricemia without renal injury were enrolled as the control group.The levels of serumβ_(2)microglobulin,urinary microalbumin(MA),urinary immunoglobulin(Ig),urinary transferrin(TRU)and urinaryα_(1)-microglobulin(α_(1)-Mg)in 2 groups were compared.To observe and compare the accuracy of urinary series protein test and serumβ_(2)microglobulin combined with urinary series protein test in the observation group(with comprehensive test as the gold standard).Results:1)The levels of serumβ_(2)microglobulin,urinary MA,urinary Ig,urinary TRU and urinaryα_(1)-Mg in observation group were(2.78±0.28)MG/L,(23.73±6.91)MG/L,(19.14±6.86)g/L,(10.27±4.41)MG/L,(15.74±5.89)m,respectively G/L,The levels of serumβ_(2)microglobulin,urinary MA,urinary Ig,urinary TRU and urinaryα_(1)-Mg in control group were(2.13±0.12)MG/L,(16.89±3.49)MG/L,(15.79±5.16)g/L,(7.46±3.06)MG/L,(10.68±3.81)MG/L,respectively.The levels of serumβ_(2)microglobulin,urinary MA,urinary Ig,urinary TRU and urinaryα_(1)-Mg in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2)After comprehensive examination,it was confirmed that the accuracy rate of urinary series protein detection and diagnosis in the observation group was 60.0%(18/30),and the accuracy rate of serumβ_(2)microglobulin combined with urinary series protein detection and diagnosis in the observation group was 96.7%(29/30).Compared with the urine series protein detection,the accuracy of serumβ_(2)micro
