石蜡疗法结合康复训练治疗膝关节软组织损伤后关节僵硬的效果探析

摘　　要：目的:观察石蜡疗法结合康复训练治疗膝关节软组织损伤后关节僵硬的效果。方法:选取近两年池州市第二人民医院收治的膝关节软组织损伤后关节僵硬患者46例,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各23例患者。对两组患者进行综合康复训练,在此基础上为研究组患者采用石蜡疗法进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的膝关节功能、日常生活活动能力、膝关节肌力分级、膝关节屈曲角度、膝关节活动范围及膝关节伸直角度。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的KSS评分、ADL评分、膝关节肌力分级、膝关节屈曲角度、膝关节活动范围及膝关节伸直角度均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:石蜡疗法结合康复训练治疗膝关节软组织损伤后关节僵硬的效果显著。Objective:To observe the effect of paraffin wax therapy combined with rehabilitation training on knee joint stiffness after soft tissue injury.Methods:A total of 46 patients with articular stiffness after soft tissue injury of knee in chizhou Second People’s Hospital in recent two years were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 23 patients in each group.Two groups of patients for comprehensive rehabilitation training,on this basis for the study group of patients with paraffin therapy for treatment,and then compare the two groups of patients knee function,daily living activities,knee muscle strength grade,knee flexion Angle,knee range of motion and knee extension Angle.Results:After treatment,the KSS score,ADL score,knee muscle strength grade,knee flexion Angle,knee range of motion and knee extension Angle of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paraffin therapy combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of knee joint stiffness after soft tissue injury.
