摘 要:分析了时敏目标概念、分类和特点,结合潜艇作战运用特点,探讨运用潜艇兵力打击时敏目标的优势,对典型目标打击的方法和时机。最后,根据实际从战场态势感知、一体化数据通信、作战指挥体系、潜艇作战战法、构建时间敏感信息火力体系等方面提出意见,为弥补潜艇兵力打击时敏目标体系建设不足,进一步为提升我军时敏目标打击能力提供依据。The concept,classification and characteristics of time-sensitive targets are analyzed. The advantages of using submarine forces to strike time-sensitive targets,the methods and timing of striking typical targets are discussed combined with the characteristics of submarine operations. Finally,based on actual situation,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of battlefield situational awareness,integrated data communication,combat command system,submarine warfare tactics,and construction of time-sensitive information firepower system. These suggestions provide a basis for making up for the insufficiency of system construction,and for further improving our navy’s ability to strike time-sensitive targets.
