社会“剥夺”视角下智能手机对农村未成年人的影响及其对策研究——基于山西省的调查分析

摘　　要：智能手机在为人们提供便捷的同时也给我们带来了困惑,尤其给未成年人带来巨大的影响。作为手机“土著”的未成年人,手机成瘾、手机依赖、手机控、低头族、拇指族现象随处可见。文章通过梳理已有研究成果和文献,采用社会剥夺的视角,从农村未成年人使用智能手机现状,农村未成年人智能手机使用困境,以及家长、学校、社会应担负的责任三方面来分析智能手机对农村未成年人的影响,并提出家长、学校、社会、企业协同合力共治、共管、共建,解决农村未成年人手机成瘾等现象的思路和对策。Smart mobile phones not only provide convenience for people, but also bring us confusion, especially have a great impact on minors. In Rural Minors are increasingly addicted to and dependent on their mobile phones, and become “mobile phone control”. The phenomena of “heads-down” and “thumb-moving” can be seen everywhere. By combing the existing research results and literature, and from the perspective of social deprivation, this paper analyzes the impact of smart phones on Rural Minors, from the current situation and dilemma in rural minors using smart phones, and the responsibilities of parents, schools and society. Moreover,the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of the joint governance of parents, schools, society and enterprises, to solve the phenomenon of mobile phone addiction of Rural Minors.
