摘　　要：目的:比较在对Ⅰ型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者进行清宫前对其实施不同预处理的效果。方法:回顾分析盐城市妇幼保健院2019年12月至2021年2月收治的42例Ⅰ型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的临床资料。根据清宫前预处理方案的不同将其分为药流组(25例)和介入组(17例)。为药流组25例患者采用药流联合清宫术进行治疗,为介入组17例患者采用子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者术后血HCG水平下降至正常的时间、住院时间和住院费用。结果:两组患者术后血HCG水平下降至正常的时间相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。药流组患者的住院时间明显短于介入组患者,其住院费用明显低于介入组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为Ⅰ型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇作为清宫前预处理方案的效果较好。Objective:To compare the effect of different pretreatment on patients with typeⅰcesarean section scar pregnancy before uterine clearance.Methods:The clinical data of 42 patients with typeⅰcesarean section with scar pregnancy admitted to Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into drug flow group(n=25)and intervention group(n=17)according to different pretreatment schemes.25 patients in the drug flow group were treated with drug flow combined with uterine clearing,and 17 patients in the intervention group were treated with uterine artery embolization combined with uterine clearing.Then,the time when blood HCG level decreased to normal,length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical significance in the time when blood HCG level decreased to normal between the two groups after operation(P>0.05).The length of hospitalization in the drug flow group was significantly shorter than that in the interventional group,and the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that in the interventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with misoprostol is effective in preuterine clearance for patients with typeⅰcesarean section scar pregnancy.
