芪石肾舒胶囊治疗早期(Ⅲ期)糖尿病肾病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨用芪石肾舒胶囊治疗早期(Ⅲ期)糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果。方法:选取西南医科大学附属中医医院收治的40例DN患者作为试验对象。随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各有患者20例。对两组患者均进行西医常规治疗,在此基础上加用芪石肾舒胶囊对试验组患者进行治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,治疗后其空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)的水平和尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前后,两组患者血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清白蛋白的水平相比,P>0.05。治疗期间,两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:在对早期(Ⅲ期)DN患者进行西医常规治疗的基础上,加用芪石肾舒胶囊对其进行治疗能显著提高其疗效,降低其UACR,改善其血脂和血糖,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Qishi Shenshu capsule in the treatment of early(stageⅲ)diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:40 DN patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional western medicine,on the basis of which qishi Shenshu capsule was added to treat the experimental group of patients.The efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb),serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG)and urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)were lower than those of the control group after treatment,P<0.05.Before and after treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)and serum albumin in 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.During treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in 2 groups.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for early-stage(ⅲ)DN patients,qishi Shenshu capsule can significantly improve its efficacy,reduce its UACR,improve its blood lipid and blood glucose,and the safety of treatment is high.
