摘　　要：唐宋时期逐渐实现了经济重心南移,这种变化对商品市场产生了重要影响。在大国经济的框架下做市场规模的长时段历史考察,从市场供给与需求两端入手分析经济重心南移影响市场规模扩张的路径。研究发现:经济重心南移促进了商品化程度加深,商品交易频率加快和贸易网络的形成。通过劳动力数量增多、自然资源增加、农业技术改进和手工业技术进步促进供给规模扩张;通过人口扩张集聚、消费结构变化、收入水平提高和海外贸易发展促进需求规模扩张。在这种供给和需求的互动之中形成了庞大的市场规模。In the Tang and Song dynasties,the economic center of gravity was shifting to the south,and this change had an important impact on the commodity market.This paper conducts a long-term historical investigation of market scale in the context of a large country’s economy.With the two ends,market supply and market demand,as an entry point,an analysis is made on the path of the southward shift of economic center of gravity affecting the expansion of market scale.The study finds that the southward shift of economic center of gravity promoted the deepening of commercialization,the acceleration of commodity trading frequency and the formation of trade networks.The expansion of the supply scale was promoted through the increase of the quantity of labor force,the increase of natural resources,the improvement of agricultural technology and the technological progress of handicrafts;the expansion of the demand scale was promoted through the expansion of population and agglomeration,changes in the consumption structure,the increase of income level and the development of overseas trade.In this interaction of supply and demand,a huge market scale was taking shape.
