摘　　要：资本和劳动的关系是现代社会体系所围绕运转的轴心。正确处理劳动与资本的关系是社会主义市场经济体制下劳动关系治理的核心主题。劳动受制于资本是制约劳动关系治理效能提升的关键堵点。社会主义劳动修复致力于从根本上解决劳动受制于资本的难题,充分彰显劳动关系治理的人民立场,有效扩大劳动关系的治理弹性,切实增强劳动关系治理的实效性,有利于中国特色社会主义制度优势向劳动关系治理效能的有效转化。在具体实践中,社会主义劳动修复通过制定劳动基准、加强教育培训,以及推动劳动力的资本化来增强劳动者博弈资本的能力,同时发挥社会主义制度和市场经济文化的作用规约资本运行、消解资本对劳动的侵蚀,进而实现劳动关系治理效能的提升。Marxism holds that the relationship between capital and labor is the axis of the operation of modern society.Correctly handling the relationship between labor and capital is the core theme of labor relations governance under the socialist market economic system.Labor subject to capital is the key point restricting the improvement of labor relations governance efficiency.Socialist labor restoration is committed to fundamentally solving the problem that labor is subject to capital.It fully demonstrates the people’s position in labor relations governance,effectively expands the governance flexibility of labor relations,and enhances the effectiveness of labor relations governance,which is conducive to the effective transformation of the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics into the effectiveness of labor relations governance,and is conducive to solving the problem that labor is subject to capital.In specific practice,socialist labor restoration rectifies the imbalance of labor relations from five aspects:formulating labor standards,strengthening the education and training of workers,promoting the capitalization of labor,eliminating the erosion of capital on labor and cultivating the labor culture of market economy,and in turn to improve the governance efficiency of labor relations.
