基于边界扫描的某型电路板测试方法研究

摘　　要：随着技术的发展,新装备中大规模集成电路的应用越来越广泛,边界扫描测试(JTAG测试)的功能逐渐强大和完善,已成为国际上通用的电路板测试方法。文章简单介绍ScanWorks测试系统的软硬件功能,软件开发流程,基于ScanWorks边界扫描软件的电路板测试方法具体实例。通过在软件平台中调用ScanWorks相关驱动程序,实现对ScanWorks软件生成的测试序列或测试项目的配置和调用执行,并可将测试执行的结果以对话框的形式返回到执行界面,测试系统接收测试数据显示到报表中,从而实现边扫软件与软件平台的融合。With the development of technology,large-scale integrated circuits are more and more widely used in new equipment.The function of boundary scan test proposed by Joint Test Action Group(JTAG)is becoming more and more powerful and perfect,and it has become a common circuit board testing method in the world.This paper briefly introduces the software and hardware functions of ScanWorks test system,the software development process,and the specific examples of circuit board testing methods based on ScanWorks,the boundary scan software.By calling ScanWorks-related drivers in the software platform,the configuration and execution of the test sequence or test project generated by ScanWorks software can be realized,and the results of test execution can be returned to the execution interface in the form of a dialog box,and the test system can receive test data and display them in the report,so as to realize the integration of side scan software and software platform.
