摘 要:目前南北疆之间客货运输主要绕行兰新铁路和南疆铁路,运输效率低,新建伊宁至阿克苏铁路作为连接南北疆之间便捷顺直的铁路运输通道,对完善区域路网布局,改变区域内运输格局意义重大。在阐述沿线客流及沿线地形线路特征基础上,根据项目功能定位、建设方案、区域既有路网资源,采用定量计算与定性分析相结合的方法对速度目标值进行分段综合研究,通过工程经济比较、模拟牵引计算进行列车达速效果分析和功能定位,并对路网的匹配性等方面进行综合比较,得出布列开至库台克力克段(新建线路)速度目标值推荐采用160 km/h;库台克力克至库车西段(改建铁路)速度目标值推荐采用120 km/h。研究结论为该线技术标准选择提供了有力技术支撑,同时为其他类似铁路速度目标值选择提供参考。The current situation of passenger and cargo transport between southern and northern Xinjiang mainly relies on Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway and Southern Xinjiang railway transport,with the transport efficiency is low.The newly built Yining-Akesu Railway as a convenient and straight railway transportation corridor connecting the northern and southern Xinjiang.It is of great significance to perfect regional road network layout and change regional transportation pattern.Based on the introduction of the line and the composition of traffic flow.This paper analyses the project function positioning,construction plan,regional existing road network resources.It adopts the method of combining quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis to conduct piecewise-comprehensive research on the velocity target value.Through engineering economic comparison,train speed reaching effect analysis,function positioning and network matching research and other aspects of comprehensive analysis,160 km/h is recommended for the speed target value of the newly-built line from Bu-lie-kai to Ku-tai-ke-li-ke section.120 km/h is recommended for the speed target value of west section of Ku-tai-ke-li-ke to Ku-che-xi(reconstructed railway).The research conclusion provides strong technical support for the selection of technical standard of the line,and provides decision-making basis for other railways to choose the speed target value.
