摘 要:目的:主要探索标准化病人的医学背景对口腔医学生沟通能力考评产生的影响。方法:共组织4次“急性牙髓炎”标准化病人模拟教学,每次4名标准化病人参与教学,其中2名标准化病人具备医学背景。标准化病人使用《问诊综合表现评分表》对学生表现打分。学生使用Likert 5点等级问卷对标准化病人模拟教学进行反馈。结果:有医学背景的标准化病人打分总分为80.99±7.71,无医学背景的标准化病人打分总分为74.30±8.63,二者无明显的统计学差异。52.85%的学生认为标准化病人必须具备医学背景或者在医院工作,44.72%的学生认为标准化病人必须具有全面的口腔知识。结论:标准化病人的医学背景不会对其在评价口腔医学生沟通技巧时产生影响,医务工作者是标准化病人良好的补充来源。Objective:The influence of standardized patients’(SPs’)medical background on the evaluation of sto⁃matological students’communication ability was investigated.Methods:SP simulation teaching of“acute pulpi⁃tis”was carried out for 4 times independently.There are 4 SPs participating in the teaching each time,of which 2 SPs had medical background.A history collection form was constructed and used to evaluate the communication skills of students.A Likert 5-point rating questionnaire was used to evaluate students’feedback on simulated pa⁃tient teaching.Results:The total score from SP with medical background was 80.99±7.71,and the total score from SP without medical background was 74.30±8.63.There was no significant statistical difference.52.85%of the students agreed that SP must have medical background or work in a hospital,and 44.72%of the students sup⁃ported that SP must have comprehensive knowledge of stomatology.Conclusion:The medical background of stan⁃dardized patients will not affect their evaluation of communication skills of stomatological students.Medical work⁃ers are a good supplementary source for standardized patients.
