摘 要:针对目前航空机轮刹车试验台偏航调姿装置的不足,设计了一种液压驱动大型回转支承的自动偏航调姿装置。对装置的工作原理及关键设计进行了介绍,详细分析了运动过程中误差产生的原因并提出校正措施。通过现场验证,证明设计的偏航调姿装置不仅能够实现偏航调姿,而且运动精度高,达到了预期的功能要求。Aiming at the insufficiency of yaw attitude adjustment device of current aircraft wheel brake test-bed,an automatic yaw attitude adjustment device for large slewing ring driven by hydraulic pressure is designed.The working principle of the device and the structures of the key components are introduced.The causes of errors in the motion process are analyzed in detail,and corrective measures are proposed.Through the field verification,it is proved that the designed yaw attitude adjustment device can not only realize yaw attitude adjustment,but also has high motion accuracy and meets the expected functional requirements.
