地学仪器方向“五维四融合”创新创业协同体系研究

摘　　要：地学仪器方向人才培养需要以多学科交叉融合、优势互补为基础。如何在国家能源战略布局新形势和产业调整变化大背景下,培养出高素质的地学仪器方向创新创业型人才,是现阶段地学类高校亟待解决的问题。该文提出基于专业技能教育、学业生涯规划、创新能力教育、就业指导和创业规划教育相结合的五维培养方式,融合教育理念、培养模式、教育内容和组织管理四个关键环节,形成“五维四融合”的协同人才培养体系。以东华理工大学测控技术与仪器专业在创新创业人才培养方面的尝试和成果进行说明,进而为新科技时代下地学仪器方向创新创业人才培养模式的探索提供可借鉴的经验。The cultivation of nuclear geoscience instrument talents should be based on interdisciplinary integration and complementary advantages.Under the background of the new situation of national energy strategic layout and the change of industrial adjustment,how to cultivate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the direction of nuclear geoscience instruments is an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper proposes a five dimensional training mode based on the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship,career planning,employment guidance,professional education and ideological and political education,which integrates four key links of education concept,training mode,education content and organization management to form a"five dimensional and four integrated"collaborative talent training system.This paper explains the attempt and achievement of the measurement and control technology and instrument specialty in east China university of technology in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and then provides reference for the exploration of the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the direction of nuclear geoscience instrument in the new era of science and technology.
