摘　　要：某石化公司连续重整装置重整进料换热器建厂时采用国产全焊接板式换热器,投用后一段时间发现板束内漏,经过两次维修均未解决板换泄漏问题,经过调研最终决定更为高效单旋缠绕管换热器,更换后运行效果良好,降低了总压差,为今后装置的平稳运行提供了保障,同时降低了能耗。The reforming feed heat exchanger of a petrochemical company's CCR unit adopted a domestic all-welded plate heat exchanger when the plant was built,after being put into use for a period of time,it was found that the inner leakage of the plate bundle was found.After two repairs,the leakage problem of plate replacement was not solved.After investigation,it was finally decided that a more efficient single spiral wound tube heat exchanger was used.After the replacement,the operation effect is good,and the total pressure difference is reduced,which provides a guarantee for the smooth operation of the device in the future,while reduces energy consumption.
