摘  要:研究了镍铁冶炼矿热炉烟道中气固两相流动特性,建立了气固两相流的传质模型,揭示了气固两相流的传质机理。本研究采用了DPM离散模型和DNV冲蚀模型,结合用户自定义函数(UDF)的宏(DEFINE_DPM_BC)对Grant和Tabakoff颗粒壁面反弹模型进行编译,分析了颗粒的运动轨迹对烟道壁的冲蚀影响,研究了烟气黏度和密度对颗粒冲蚀行为的影响。结果表明:烟气黏度增大,颗粒受到烟气的影响增大,颗粒对壁面影响减小,冲蚀区域发散;烟气密度增大,颗粒受到的曳力减小,从而减弱了颗粒对壁面的冲蚀影响。The characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in the flue of the electric furnace for smelting ferronickel were studied,the mass transfer model of gas-solid two-phase flow was established,and the mass transfer mechanism of gas-solid two-phase flow was revealed.In this study,the DPM(Discrete Phase Model)discrete model and DNV erosion model were used,and Grant and Tabakoff particle wall rebound models were compiled with DEFINE_DPM_BC macro of user-defined function(UDF).The influence of particle trajectory on erosion of flue wall was analyzed.The effect of flue gas viscosity and density on particle erosion behavior was studied.The results showed that with the increase of flue gas viscosity,the effect of flue gas on particles increased,the influence of particles on the wall surface decreased,and the erosion area diverged.As the density of flue gas increased,the drag force of particles decreased,which weakened the impact of particles on wall erosion.
