摘 要:目前海上防砂工艺在生产中会产生防砂后的堵塞和出粉细砂的问题,会严重影响油气井的正常生产。针对海上油气田的特点,开展了新型有机硅树脂化学防砂技术研究及室内性能评价实验,根据注水井的生产特点对新型防砂固砂材料进行改进。实验结果及现场应用情况表明:新型固砂剂具有较高的固结强度,适用范围广,对粉细砂防治具有良好效果,可用于特殊井筒条件的油气水井防砂,施工方便,可以满足不动管柱和分层施工的要求,该技术在渤海油田多区块得到了成功应用,防砂效果良好。At present,there are two problems in the application of offshore sand control technology:one is the blockage after sand control;the other is the problem of fine sand after sand control,which will seriously affect the normal production of oil and gas wells.According to the characteristics of offshore oil and gas fields,the new silicone resin chemical sand control technology research and indoor performance evaluation experiments were carried out,according to the production characteristics of water injection wells,the new sand control and cement materials wer improved.Experimental results and field applications showed that the new type of chemical sand control technology had high bonding strength,applicability was wide and had good effect on the silty sand prevention,sand control can be used for special wellbore conditions of oil and gas wells,construction is convenient,can meet the requirements of the fixed string and layered construction,the technology has been successfully applied in some blocks of Bohai oilfield,and the sand control effect is good.
