摘 要:介绍了一种运用压电陶瓷传感器和二位三通电磁换向阀为先导机构的先导式溢流阀结构及工作原理,利用AMESim仿真软件搭建了该先导式溢流阀的模型,并与传统的先导式溢流阀进行比较,得到阀的压力响应特性曲线和启闭特性曲线。仿真结果表明:基于压电陶瓷传感器的先导式溢流阀动态响应比传统的先导式溢流阀快0.045 s,启闭特性优于传统先导式溢流阀,超调率优于传统先导式溢流阀。The structure and working principle of a pilot-operated relief valve using piezoelectric ceramic sensor and two-position three-way electromagnetic reversing valve as the pilot mechanism are introduced.The model of the pilot relief valve was built by AMESim simulation software,and compared with the traditional pilot relief valve,the pressure response characteristic curve and the opening and closing characteristic curve of the valve were obtained.The simulation results show that the dynamic response of the pilot relief valve based on piezoelectric ceramic sensor is 0.045s faster than the traditional pilot relief valve,the opening and closing characteristics of the pilot relief valve is better than the traditional pilot relief valve,and the overshoot rate is better than the traditional pilot relief valve.
