摘  要:斜轴泵柱塞上的密封活塞环是影响泵可靠性、寿命和效率的重要因素,为此提出一种无活塞环的薄壁密封段柱塞结构,利用密封段在高压下的弹性变形来补偿密封间隙,通过在密封段外壁开设环形油槽来沟通压力油。运用ANSYS和Fluent对密封结构和间隙内部流场进行流固耦合分析,并进行效率试验。研究结果表明:无活塞环的柱塞密封结构具有间隙补偿功能,能有效降低柱塞泄漏量和液压卡紧力,提高斜轴泵的效率和寿命。The sealing piston ring on the plunger of the bend axial piston pump is an important factor affecting the reliability,life and efficiency of the pump.A thin-walled sealing section plunger structure without piston rings is proposed.The elastic deformation of the sealing section under high pressure is used to compensate the sealing gap,and the pressure oil is communicated by opening an annular oil groove on the outer wall of the sealing section.Using ANSYS and Fluent,the fluid-structure coupling analysis of the sealing structure and the internal flow field of the gap is carried out,and the efficiency test is carried out.The research results show that the plunger sealing structure without piston ring has the function of clearance compensation,which can effectively reduce the leakage of the plunger and the hydraulic clamping force,and improve the efficiency and life of the bend axial piston pump.
