摘 要:为了更好地处理铝箔废边收集问题,使用计算流体力学方法分析了等距型废边收集管路流场,探讨了在共用出口设置不同挡板结构对支管负压及吸力的影响规律及原因。通过物理量云图及量化值的比较结果可发现:支管负压及吸力随着前部挡板高度增加而增大,在管壁强度允许条件下,应尽量增加前部挡板高度;后部挡板会阻碍气流输送,支管负压及吸力随着后部挡板高度增加而减小,在设计时不建议设置后部挡板;改变挡板结构主要影响共用出口处的负压分布,进而间接影响支管工作,对支管速度及吸力均匀性几乎没有影响。In order to better deal with the problem of aluminum foil waste collection,the flow field of the isometric waste collection pipeline was analyzed by using computational fluid dynamics method,and the influence rules and reasons of different baffle structures at the common outlet on the negative pressure and suction of the branch pipes were discussed.Through the comparison of the physical quantity cloud map and the quantitative value,it can be found that the negative pressure and suction of the branch pipe increase with the increase of the height of the front baffle,the height of the front baffle should be increased as much as possible under the condition that the strength of the pipe wall allows;the rear baffle will hinder the air flow,and the negative pressure and suction of the branch pipe will decrease with the increase of the height of the rear baffle,it is not recommended to set the rear baffle in the design;changing the baffle structure mainly affects the negative pressure distribution at the common outlet,which indirectly affects the branch pipe work,and has little effect on the branch pipe speed and suction uniformity.
