摘 要:液体火箭发动机关机水击现象是引起发动机及试验台故障的常见现象之一。为探究发动机试验台管路关机水击的影响因素,针对推进剂供应管路建立仿真模型,研究节流元件、管路尺寸、阀门响应时间等变量的影响。研究结果表明,增大管路直径可以从降低流速的角度减小水击压强;在管路上游增加节流元件以及降低管路长度能加快水击波的衰减过程;减小阀门动作时间以及减小管路长度使得阀门动作时间大于水击相,直接水击将变为间接水击,使水击得到抑制。The phenomenon of liquid rocket engine shutdown water hammer is one of the common phenomena that cause engine and test bench failures.In order to explore the influencing factors of water hammer in engine test bench pipeline shutdown,a simulation model was established for the propellant supply pipeline,and the influence of variables such as throttling element,pipeline size,and valve response time was studied.The research results show that increasing the diameter of the pipeline can reduce the water hammer pressure from the perspective of reducing the flow rate;adding throttling elements upstream of the pipeline and reducing the length of the pipeline can speed up the attenuation process of the water shock wave;reduce the valve action time and reduce the pipeline length so that the valve action time is longer than the water hammer phase,and the direct water hammer will become an indirect water hammer,so that the water hammer can be suppressed.
