摘　　要：运用数字化建模技术手段,设计了一款盘纸分切机用的机械胀紧轴,提出了螺纹进给楔轮胀紧结构,使之具有胀紧力平稳可靠、操作简便等功能特点,可以在一定程度上使此种进口胀紧轴的生产国产化,对实际生产具有较高的应用价值。Using digital modeling technology,a mechanical expansion shaft for paper slitting machine was designed,and a screw-feeding wedge wheel expansion structure was proposed.The mechanism has the functions of stable and reliable expansion force,easy operation,etc.It can make the localization of this imported expansion shaft be applied to a certain extent,and has good application value for actual production.
