摘 要:受井下高温、高粉尘、能见度低等恶劣环境影响,由人工操控的悬臂式掘进机往往工作效率低下、巷道成型质量较差,同时井下人员及设备的安全性较差。针对以上问题,采用智能控制及传感器技术设计了一套以PLC为控制核心的掘进机智能截割控制系统,可完成对掘进机的自动截割控制、截割头轨迹跟踪及工作状态参数实时监测等,从而实现掘进机的智能化运行,有效提高井下掘进作业效率、质量及井下人员设备的安全性。Affected by the harsh environment of underground high temperature,high dust and low visibility,the manually operated cantilever roadheader often has low working efficiency,poor roadway forming quality,and poor safety of underground personnel and equipment.In view of the above problems,this paper uses intelligent control and sensor technology to design a set of intelligent cutting control system of roadheader with PLC as the control core,which can complete automatic cutting control,cutting head trajectory tracking and real-time monitoring of working state parameters of roadheader.In this way,the intelligent operation of the roadheader is realized,and the efficiency and quality of the underground driving operation and the safety of the underground personnel and equipment are effectively improved.
