摘 要:步进式加热炉是棒线材轧制过程中的关键设备,作为首道工序,其安全、稳定运行对整个轧线正常生产起着至关重要的作用,针对仅有两根静梁支撑钢坯的侧进侧出式加热炉设计了加热炉装钢动态定位系统。通过采用非接触式激光测距仪克服了有限空间内编码器测长及对中偏差较大的难点,实现了钢坯入炉过程的精准定位,有效避免了钢坯掉道的生产事故。The stepping furnace is the key equipment in the bar and wire rolling process.As the first process,its safe and stable operation plays a vital role in the normal production of the entire rolling line.A dynamic positioning system for loading steel in the heating furnace is designed for the side-in and side-out heating furnace with only two static beams supporting the billet.By adopting the non-contact method of laser range finder,it overcomes the difficulty of encoder length measurement and large alignment deviation in limited space,realizes the precise positioning of the billet in the process of entering the furnace,and effectively avoids the production accident of the billet falling off the track.
