成年人腹膜后恶性畸胎瘤切除合并3D打印假体植入患者护理1例

摘　　要：目的总结1例成年人腹膜后恶性畸胎瘤切除合并3D打印假体植入患者的临床护理实践经验。方法对2020年3月9日北京大学第三医院收治的1例成年人腹膜后恶性畸胎瘤患者术前做好患者心理护理,消除其焦虑情绪;做好应用3D打印假体模型进行健康教育可达到良好的术前教育效果;以及超前镇痛及手术前给予多学科团队合作的术前护理模式,制订功能锻炼方案;术后严密观察并发症;给予引流管延续性护理及3D打印假体植入的护理。结果经过23 d的治疗及精心护理,患者顺利出院。结论应用多学科团队合作术前护理模式可加速成年人腹膜后恶性畸胎瘤切除合并3D打印假体植入患者康复,值得临床学习及推广。Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience of a patient with retroperitoneal malignant teratoma resection combined with 3D printing prosthesis implantation.Methods Psychological nursing should be done well before operation to eliminate the anxiety of patients.The application of 3D printed prosthesis model for health education can achieve a good effect of preoperative education.In addition,the preoperative nursing mode of multidisciplinary teamwork was adopted before pain relief and operation.Postoperative complications were closely observed.Continuous care of drainage tube and nursing of 3D printed prosthesis implantation were given.Results After 23 d treatment and careful nursing,the patient was discharged successfully.Conclusions The application of multidisciplinary teamwork preoperative nursing model can accelerate recovery of adult patients with retroperitoneal malignant teratoma resection combined with 3D printing prosthesis implantation,which is worthy of clinical learning and promotion.
