巴特日七味丸联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨巴特日七味丸联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法 92例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,对照组采用美沙拉嗪,观察组在对照组基础上加用巴特日七味丸,疗程2个月。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、MUC2评分、EGFR评分、血清炎性因子(IL-6、TNF-α、CRP)、Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg、不良反应发生率变化。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、血清炎性因子、Th17、Th17/Treg降低(P<0.05),MUC2评分、EGFR评分、Treg升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 巴特日七味丸联合美沙拉嗪可安全有效地缓解溃疡性结肠炎患者临床症状,促进Th17/Treg细胞免疫平衡,降低机体炎症反应,调控MUC2、EGFR表达。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Bateri Qiwei Pills combined with mesalazine on patients with ulcerative colitis.METHODS Ninety-two patients were randomly assigned into control group(46 cases)for 2-month administration of mesalazine,and observation group(46 cases)for 2-month administration of both Bateri Qiwei Pills and mesalazine.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,MUC2 score,EGFR score,serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-α,CRP),Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM symptom score,serum inflammatory factors,Th17,Th17/Treg(P<0.05),and increased MUC2 score,EGFR score,Treg(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with ulcerative colitis,Bateri Qiwei Pills combined with mesalazine can safely and effectively relieve clinical symptoms,promote Th17/Treg cell immune balance,reduce body inflammatory responses,and regulate MUC2 and EGFR expressions.
