摘  要:目的 通过气相-离子迁移谱(GC-IMS)结合化学计量学区分不同产地瓜蒌皮。方法 分析采用SE-54色谱柱(15 m×0.32 mm, 0.25μm);柱温45℃;分离时间37 min;迁移管温度45℃;迁移气体积流量150 mL/min。检测60批样品中挥发性成分,NIST、IMS数据库进行定性分析。通过主成分分析、聚类分析进行区分。结果 共鉴定出醛类、酮类、醇类、脂肪酸类等88种挥发性成分。基本实现对山东、河北来源样品的区分。结论 该方法简便、环保、高效,可为瓜蒌皮产地鉴别提供新技术。AIM To distinguish Trichosanthis Pericarpium from different producing areas by gas chromatography-ion mobility spectroscopy(GC-IMS)combined with chemometrics.METHODS The analysis was performed on a SE-54 column(15 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),with both the column temperature and the migration tube maintaining a temperature of 45℃,and the migration gas flowing at a rate of 150 mL/min during 37 min separation.Sixty batches of samples were detected and qualitatively analyzed with the help of NIST and IMS databases.The further distinguishment was made through principal component analysis and cluster analysis.RESULTS Total 88 volatile constituents including aldehydes,ketones,alcohols,fatty acids,etc.,were identified.And thus the distinction of samples from Shandong and Hebei was achieved.CONCLUSION This simple,environment protective and efficient method is a new technology illuminating the identification of Trichosanthis Pericarpium of different producing areas.
