摘 要:邻通过钛酸四丁酯与羟甲基丁香酚邻苯二甲腈(MEG-PN)的缩合反应制备了钛酸酯改性丁香酚邻苯二甲腈树脂(TiMEG-PN)。采用红外光谱、示差扫描量热分析、热重分析、动态热机械性能分析、电镜分析,流变性能及力学性能测试研究了TiMEG-PN树脂的热固化反应动力学、成型工艺性和耐热性及其复合材料的性能。结果表明,TiMEG-PN树脂具有理想的加工窗口(67~223℃),其热固化反应在DSC曲线上具有2个峰值温度(239℃和290℃)。TiMEG-PN固化物在氮气中失重5%的温度为425℃,800℃残炭率78%。TiMEG-PN树脂为基体的碳布层合复合材料具有较高的力学性能。The titanate modified eugenol phthalonitrile resin(TiMEG-PN) was prepared by the condensation reaction of tetrabutyl titanate with methylol eugenol phthalonitrile(MEG-PN). The thermal curing reaction kinetics,molding processability,heat resistance of TiMEG-PN resin and properties of its composites were investigated by infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,thermogravimetric analysis,dynamic thermomechanical analysis,electron microscope,testings of rheological property and mechanical property. The results showed that the TiMEG-PN resin had an ideal processing window of 67-223 ℃,and its thermal curing reaction had two peak temperatures(239 and 290 ℃)on the DSC curve. The temperature at which the TiMEG-PN cured product losed 5% of its weight in nitrogen was 425 ℃,and the char yield at 800 ℃ was 78%. The carbon cloth laminate composites with TiMEG-PN resin as the matrix had good mechanical properties.
