摘  要:以丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯、环氧氯丙烷、五氧化二磷、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(KH-1873)为主要原料合成了一种新型光固化阻燃剂PAC,对合成的阻燃剂进行了红外和热失重表征,探讨了反应温度、时间及原料配比对产品收率的影响,并将阻燃剂应用于聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂UV固化涂料中,研究了PAC用量对固化膜性能的影响。结果表明:当中间体和KH-1873物质的量比为1∶1.03,反应温度100℃,反应时间3.0 h时,产品收率达95.24%。与未加阻燃剂相比,PAC的质量分数为40%时,UV涂料的极限氧指数达34.2,垂直燃烧级别为V-0,固化膜的柔韧性、耐水及附着力性能较好,且600℃残炭率达23.52%,热稳定性明显改善。A novel UV-curable flame retardant PAC was synthesized from 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate,epichlorohydrin,phosphorus pentoxide and 3-glycidyl ether oxypropyl methyl diethoxysilane(KH-1873).The PAC flame retardant was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and raw material ratio on the product yield were discussed.The PAC was applied to the UV-curable coating of urethane acrylate resin,and the effect of the amount of PAC on the properties of the cured films was studied.The results showed that when the molar ratio of intermediate and KH-1873 was1∶1.03,the reaction temperature was 100℃and the reaction time was 3.0 h,the yield of the product reached 95.24%.Compared with UV cured coatings without flame retardants,when the PAC content was 40wt%,the limiting oxygen index and flame retardant level of the UV coatings was 34.2 and V-0,respectively.The flexibility,water resistance and adhesion properties of the cured films were good,and the thermal stability was obviously improved with a carbon residue rate of 23.52%at 600℃.
