浮顶用手糊成型环氧树脂体系研究

摘  要:采用CYD-127环氧树脂、1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚及自制HD-520改性固化剂及4,4′-二氨基二环己基甲烷(PACM)为主要原料制备了环氧树脂体系。通过粘度测试仪、DSC和万能力学实验机等设备对该体系及其制备的浇铸体和复合材料的性能进行了表征。结果表明,D-127、1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚、功能型助剂的质量比为90∶10∶1,HD-520与PACM的质量比为75∶25时体系25℃下的混合粘度为1530 mPa·s,室温下可快速固化。浇铸体T为113.9℃,拉伸强度为72.70 MPa,弯曲强度为126.41 MPa。复合材料拉伸强度为253.06 MPa,弯曲强度为351.10 MPa。体系的各项性能满足手糊浮顶用环氧体系的指标要求。The epoxy system was prepared by using CYD-127 epoxy resin,1,4-butanediol dihydrophil ether,self-made HD-520modified curing agent and 4,4′-diaminiolhexylmethane(PACM)as main raw materials.The performance of system and the castings and composite materials from the system were characterized by viscosity tester,DSC and universal mechanical performence test machine.The results showed that when the mass ratio of CYD-127,1,4-butanediol dihydrate glycene ether and functional auxiliaries was 90∶10∶1,and the mass ratio of HD-520 and PACM was 75∶25,the mixed viscosity of the system at 25℃was 1530 mPa·s.It could be quickly cured at room temperature.The Tg,tensile strength and flexural strength was 113.9℃,72.70 MPa and 126.41 MPa,respectively.The tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites was 253.06 MPa and 351.10 MPa,respectively.The performance of the system met the index requirements of epoxy resin system for hand lay-up floating roof.
