摘　　要：目的:系统评价物流机器人干预对手术室器械耗材配送管理的效果。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrance Library,搜索物流机器人对手术室器械耗材配送管理效果的随机对照试验(RCT),对符合质量标准的文献采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。检索时限为各数据库建库至2021年10月3日。结果:共纳入7篇符合要求的文献,发表时间为2019年—2021年。Meta分析结果显示,当配送时间为秒时,试验组配送时间短于对照组[MD=-61.23,95%CI(-113.57,-8.88),P=0.02];当配送时间为分钟时,Meta分析结果显示试验组配送时间短于对照组[MD=-5.97,95%CI(-6.73,-5.20),P<0.00001];试验组配送错误率低于对照组[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.15,0.46),P<0.00001]。结论:现有证据表明,物流机器人在器械耗材配送管理具有一定效果,但是纳入研究有限,还需纳入更高质量的文献进行分析。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of logistics robot intervention in distribution management of instruments and consumables in the operating room.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCT)on the effect of logistics robots on the distribution management of instruments and consumables in the operating room were searched from CBM,VIP,WanFang Database,CNKI,PubMed,Web of Science,and the Cochrance Library,RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis of literature that met the quality standards.The retrieval time was from inception to October 3,2021.Results:A total of 7 artides meeting the requirements were included and published from 2019 to 2021.Meta-analysis results showed that when the delivery time was seconds,the delivery time of the test group was lower than that of the control group[MD=-61.23,95%CI(-113.57,-8.88),P=0.02];When the delivery time was minutes,Meta-analysis results showed that the delivery time of the test group was lower than that of the control group[MD=-5.97,95%CI(-6.73,-5.20),P<0.00001];and the delivery error rate of the test group was lower than that of the control group[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.15,0.46),P<0.00001].Conclusions:Current evidence shows that the logistics robot has a certain effect in the distribution management of equipment consumables,but the research is limited,and higher quality literature needs to be included for analysis.
